Holiday updates, New yr 07

Hi All,
Well it is a New Year! We had a wonderful, busy holiday season, and we are glad it is over. We all recieved so many wonderful gifts. It is so nice to have such great family and friends. The boys had lots of fun this year and we really loved to watch. Nick and Evan recieved bunk beds from Grandma and Papa A. They love it!! Nick can't wait until Ev is a little bigger and can sleep in there with him. He asks almost every night if Evan is going to sleep in there with him. We got the one with the trundle underneath so that when Evan is ready we can put him on the trundle for a bit until we are ready to let Nick on the top bunk. Might be a while. :)

We are looking to move out of Perry sometime in the near future. We are thinking about putting the house up this spring/summer. We would really like to move to the Mason area, but we will see. I would still like to move to one of those warm states too but that will most likely never happen. :) To hard to leave family and friends.

Nick is talking so much more. He is starting preschool tomorrow. We found a great one in Owosso. They have a workbook and lots of projects and organized activities, which is what we were looking for. We already have a playgroup, we are looking for structure to get Nick ready for school. He is very excited. We went to observe on last Wednesday and he really seemed to be comfortable with the teacher and other children. There are only 6 other students so that is nice. He held the flag while they were singing the pledge ( she assigns jobs everyday). He was so proud. I was shocked that he went up in front of all of these kids he did not know. He is really coming out of his shell. We are so proud of him.

Evan is talking lots too, due to his big brother. He tries to copy everything Nick does. They have become the best of friends. So wonderful. Evan is now in a big boy bed. We have him in Nicks old car bed. He really seems to like it. Nick is also teaching Ev how to dance, even breakdancing. It is so great. They have their own little conversations now in the car. Nick helps Evan with everything. When he is eating, getting his coat off, finding his cup, getting diapers, ect. Evan loves his big bro so much. Every night he says " I love you Nick" and hugs and kisses him.

Nothing to new with the hubby and I. Work is keeping Jason really busy. I have been babysitting and now I am going to be running back and forth with preschool.

Well that is all I have for now. I will try to update soon to let everyone know how preschool is going and what else is new. Hope all is well with everyone. We love you all. Take care!!
